Don't forget to tag your video/photos i.e. by name of organization or other public speakers etc featured in video/photos so that when people are searching for those things they can also find you. And also I got the Flickr widget added. So now if you go into load photos if you scroll to the bottom you will see the Flickr plugin. Hope this keeps you happy...for the moment ;-)
